Visas to the U.S.

A visa entitles the holder to travel to the United States based on his/her purpose of travel and apply for admission; it does not guarantee entry. A Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Immigration Inspector at the port of entry determines the visa holder’s admission into and length of stay in the United States. All visa applications are processed at the U.S. Embassy in Seoul.
